Delivery Methods and Formatting

DV footage is generally sent by email to the address used for your order. We suggest that orders of over 5 clips be sent on DVD's due
to downloading times. We can ship in the US via Priority mail, for free. Allow 2-5 days for delivery. Foreign orders please
email for delivery options. We can also ship via your Federal Express number.

Clips are sent as H.264 Codec. Optional codec compressions are also available including Photo-JPEG, which offers exceptional quality. Other
codecs may not be availabe via Internet delivery. Customized editing is available for additional fees. We do not deinterlace ordered footage.

HD footage clips: 1920 x 1080, FPS: 29.97, 16 bit integer, Stereo (L/R) 48,000 kHz, Average file size 232 MB.
DV footage clips: 640 x 480, FPS: 29.97, 16 bit integer, Stereo (L/R) 48,000 kHz, Average file size 26 MB.
